All products must meet the mall's listing standards, including but not limited to product description, image quality, and price transparency. 3. Order Processing Sellers must confirm orders and arrange for shipping within 24 hours. Sellers should provide accurate logistics information to ensure customers can track the order status in a timely manner. 4. Return and Exchange Policy Customers can apply for returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving the product, and sellers must provide corresponding return and exchange services.
